Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Authorization Number.
Restock Fee
Returned items will be charged a 25% Re-Stock Fee or the cost of the Free Shipping whichever is greater. Any pre-paid shipping will NOT be refunded. The cost of return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns will need to be shipped to the following zip code 92504 (full return address will be provided with the Return Authorization Number). Be sure to pay for shipping insurance in case your package is damaged during return shipping.
*** This Restock Fee does not apply to items that are defective or damaged in shipment. A Return Authorization will still be required for defective items or items damaged in shipment.
To return an item that is not defective or damaged in shipment:
- Your item must still be new, unworn and unused condition with original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. It must be in brand new saleable condition.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization Number provided by DDDonkey Products.
To request a Return Authorization Number email us at dddonkeyproducts@gmail.com. Please include the following information:
- Reason for the return. (i.e. Defective, Damaged in Shipment, Don't Want, etc.)
- Order date.
- Order number.
- Item(s) to be returned.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
*** Items sent back to us without a Return Authorization Number on the front of the package, sent C.O.D., or with Postage Due will NOT be accepted or refunded. And if accepted, will NOT be refunded or returned to you. ***

Damages during shipping
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item has been damaged during shipment. Keep all packaging and packing materials in case the carrier needs to inspect them.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or Gift Cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return for a refund, please contact us at dddonkeyproducts@gmail.com.
If your refund was was not approved we will notify you with the reason why it was denied and give you options that are available to you. A refund may be denied if you sent a return without a Return Authorization Number. The returned item was not received. Not in new, unworn and unused condition. Missing or detached original tags. Not in its original packaging. Not in brand new saleable condition. Damaged during return shipping.
